Hello Everyone!

The other day I was at Walmart with my family and looking through the beauty/skin section I came across this awesome set of skin essentials!

I have been wanting to get the Cetaphil cleanser but was waiting for the one I have to run out, and when I saw this awesome deal I couldn't pass it up.

So I'm sure it is limited to when they run out of the sets and I've only seen it at Walmart (In Store).

This set came with:

Daily Facial Cleanser (8 Fl. Oz) $4.88 at Walmart

Moisturizing Lotion (8 Fl. Oz.) at Walmart about $5-7's

BONUS 10 ct. Gentle Skin Cleansing Cloths

Look out for this set!

They all three come together in a little box!

I haven't told you the best part!

It was only about $12-13's (w/ Tax).

If you do the math you would spend more on purchasing each item separate.

I have used the cleanser before and it is so gentle on the skin and it lasted me a really long time!

You only need a drop of it to wash your face.

I can't wait to try the lotion and the wipes.

The cleanser claims to:

Remove dirt, oil & impurities

Will not clog pores

The lather will not strip skin of natural oils

The Wipes Claim to:

Be quick and convenient

Remove dirt and make up on the go

Ultra soft and gentle to soothe skin while cleansing

The Lotion claims to:

Lightweight replenishing hydration that will not clog pores

Ingredients claim to protect and enhance skins natural moisture

Fast acting and long lasting to help maintain healthy skin

Run to your nearest Walmart if you want to get your hands on this set!

Cetaphil is also sold at Target but I don't know if they have this whole set like Walmart does.

I hope you enjoyed this quick post.

I also hope to bring you reviews on these items after I have used them for a couple of weeks.

Hello Everyone!

I can't remember the last time I did a favorites here!

I have some new favorites that I don't think I have shared with you guys and I have some good old favorites!

So for my birthday this year my sister and I agreed to celebrate our birthday's together, my birthday is in January and hers in March so we threw a big party at home.

It was a lot of fun and with the party of course we got some gifts/gift cards.

My moms friend gave us Khol's gift cards and as soon as I saw it I knew what I would be getting!

That was ...

These beauties!

I am obsessed. I would wear them everywhere if I could (lol).

Back in the day, in my high school years I had almost every color of these.

(I wish I had pictures of them)

I had the royal blue, the navy blue, pink, black and white some mixed colored ones.

I loved these shoes and obviously still do.

They are so comfy and easy to pair with anything!

I have been on a hunt for a simple cap like this for a really long time!!

I had seen it on a blogger I believe, but it was a really pricey one and I didn't want to pay for something that I didn't know if I would even like.

I'm not use to wearing hats/baseball caps.

But when I thought of this cap I imagined Selena Quinanlla (NOT Gomez) on stage with her baseball caps & hats, if I remember correctly Jennifer Lopez came out with a cap like this in the movie.

So one of these days I was at Target with my friend and I spotted it!

I didn't let go of it (lol).

And it was only $6.99!

I'm sure that from my precious post you saw how much I really love this color.
Also if you follow me on Instagram you would see I keep re doing my nails this same color, I've had the for over a week.

It's such a pretty spring color and I feel like it makes me look a little tan.
(Not in this picture lol it was bright outside).

Sephora.com

These are amazing!
I have raved about them on Instagram already.
A couple of weeks ago I trimmed my nails down and with this stuff my nails have gotten so strong which has made them grow very fast!
They are very thick, and that is due to the Gel Coat (the pink one on the right).
The Moisturizer (on the left) has helped maintain my cuticles.

I will go in to detail on these products in a future post.

Infuses moister & conditioning without build up (As long as you don't use to much)
Adds intense shine (Very true)
Eliminates Frizz (YES)
Controls unmanageable flyaway hair (Yes)
Perfect for relaxed or permed hair (I don't have either)
Helps protect hair color (What I want)
Natural oils prevent dryness (True)

I also love that it's a spray!
I just spray it on and don't have to rub oil on my hands.

This product I have been using for a long time.
This is an oil that you have to rub in to your hair.
I use just a little bit of it and I try not to apply it near my roots but because my hair is damaged there are some areas near the roots that need a little damage control.

These two products have been my go to for my lips.
The Mojito lip balm I actuallt for from my awesome cousin!
I belive she got it in an ipsy bag or something like that, but because she's allergix to certain lip prodcuts sometimes I get them.

This lip balm is a clear gloss but is a pretty thick consistency, which I feel like is the reason my lips feel smooth and moisteried.
I always feels like it plums up my lips.

The baby lips, I love because it leaves my lips glossy with a very nude color but the best part is that is moisturizes my lips!!

Charlotte Ruse

I am obsessed with these rings!
I got them for my birthday party in March, I thought it would add something to my nails and I loved how it turned out. Since that day I have been taking turns with these rings.
I'm obsessed with putting them on my left thumb.
I love the look of the thumb ring and when my nails are done (which is always) I just love love love it.

If you have questions about anything I shared please feel free to ask and I would be happy to go in to detail.
What are you obsessed with this month??

Hello Everyone!

In honor of Earth day I decided to take my coffee outside this morning.

It's so crazy to me how inside my house it's freezing and I don't even want to get out of bed and I step outside and it's sunny and there's a nice breeze!

For the flaky "Starbucks" looking croissant, this one is from Costco.

(They have a $1 off right now for the pack of croissants)

All I do is pop it in the oven and get it a little warm.

Some days I add some cream cheese w/ turkey & avocado and other days I just eat it by itself.

I wanted to share that I have had a love hate relationship with coffee lately.

If you know me, you know I love my morning coffee, but for a couple of days I had to stop drinking it! I recently found out I suffer from migraines and to my surprise the doctor told me that for some people coffee, chocolate and cheese bring on the migraines.

So it has been a trial and error kind of thing for me.

Having to see what causes my migraines and what to do to avoid them.

So trust me I have reduced my coffee consumption, which is very sad.

So on days that I feel okay, trust me I enjoy my coffee and I mean what my mug says (lol).

Being outside gave me this pretty view of the roses!

I just had to take a closer shot.

So so pretty!

I love roses, and these are so bright.

Growing up my parents always had roses and these just bring back memories.

By the way if you suffer from migraines and have any tips please share!!!

My close friends who suffer from them have given me tips which is very sweet but we are all different and certain things make us tick.

For me right now it's LIGHT, from the sun, or inside the house.

It kills me.

Anyways, this was a little rant of everything, but I hope you enjoyed!

Hi Everyone!!

Long time no talk, I know I have been gone from here for a really long time but I want to jump back into it ASAP!

Today I wanted to share a "new snack" that I have been wanting to try for a really long time now and that is the ACAI bowl!

Seriously every social media I go on; I see someone having one of these bowls and my sister and I have been wanting to try them. We decided one day at Costco to get the packages so that we can make them at home and to our own liking.

The hard thing with me making them for the first time was that because I haven't tried one, I don't know if I did right (lol). Regardless if I did it right or wrong it was AMAZING!

I mainly followed the instructions in the package and added things as I went. So here it goes, hope you enjoy!

Instructions on Package:

1) Run under water for 5 seconds, tear of the top and break up the mix,  so you can toss it in the blender.

2) Add liquid of your choice (It did suggest Apple juice, so that's what I had so I used it).

3) Add your favorite fruit (I only had bannanas so that's what I used).

Ok! So I was way to excited to make this that I didn't pay attention to how long to run the package through water until now that I am reading it slowly (lol) Lets just say I let it liquefy, I only did that with the first package. I ended up doing it right for the second one, because I noticed it was to watery the first time. Now I know for next time.

Add ingredients to the blender.

Here I am adding two packages of Acai mix, 1/2 a banana and 1/2 cup of apple juice.

Soon after blending it I added a couple of ice cubes.

When you get to the consistency you want it to be stop blending it.

Add to a bowl or cup of your choice.

(I tried to match the bowl in the picture of the package).

Add the ingredients of your choice, again here I am using what I had.

I love Coconut so I had to use that and this granola is so good, it has almonds and raisins which added more flavor to the bowl.

And Ta da!

You are all done!

I layered all the toppings and tried to make it as pretty as possible.

I ended up adding cinnamon at the end.

Grab a spoon and dig in!

(Yes, that is a Yougurtland spoon lol).

I hope you enjoyed this easy DIY Acai bowl, remember there are many ways to make it from the juice you use to the topping; make it your own.

Also I have pinned many different recipes on Pinterest of other ways to make it yourself and the website has some great ideas too (Sambazon.com).

Hello Everyone!!

My boyfriend totally surprised me for Christmas this year!

He told me we were going to get a last minute gift for his mom at COACH and I was like okay we don't have a lot of time so lets go!

We get to the COACH store and me being me (lol) I asked the girl for what we were looking for, for his mom, which was a small wallet, then he starts laughing, I'm confused.

He tells me we are getting your gift!

I'm in shock because I love COACH but then he gave me options.

He tells me its either you get a new bag or we head to Tiffany's!?

...and I mean what girl would say no to that.

So I said forget COACH let's go to Tiffany's!!!

I have been wanting a key necklace from Tiffany's for a long time!
Now I never looked them up I just imagined it (lol).

So when I got there and saw them in person they weren't all that, they looked too small.

Then I found this very pretty one that had the heart and a small key!

I died.

I decided on that one.

The chain itself is pretty short, which is something I didn't pay attention to when I got it, but I'm getting use to it.

Then he tells me okay pick a bracelet!! I was like whaaat!!?

I was loving it. But I thought to myself okay I would't really wear a bracelet and I wanted something that I could use daily as my statement pieces.

So I went with the earnings!!

I love how they package everything!

It's so pretty.

How cute are the earrings!?

This is something I have also always wanted.

The whole experience of picking out my own "First Tiffany's" gifts was amazing!

I have been wearing them everyday, I can't part with them.

I hope you enjoyed this post, I will have another post on all my other gifts, because I got a lot of thoughtful gifts this year, some I have already started using (lol) but I will share what I can.

Hello Everyone!

My mom and I did some shopping this week and one of the places we stopped by at was

"DD's Discount" it's not new but it's new to us.

My mom and I had both heard that you can find really good deals there.

She found a couple of things for the house and I found this awesome 20 Pair Shoe Organizer!

(Excuse the dirty shoes!)

This was my mess of shoes before!

It also includes my sisters shoes, we just had no where to keep them and would try all kinds of different ways to organize them. For awhile throwing them in this crate worked but it got a bit messy, as you can see.

I didn't even try to make it look nice for you guys.

This is how it looked.

I have to say this rack was so easy to build!

It took two simple steps and that was it.

The box says "no tools" needed which I didn't believe but it was true.

I'm so happy with it!

I was able to fit the shoes that I use on a regular day basis, my sisters shoes, all my boots, and some of my favorites. Now let's just hope they stay looking this neat (lol).

p.s. This would also be a great gift for those shoe lovers in your life!

Hello Everyone!

I wanted to bring you a gift ideas post, just like I did last year.

These are actually things on my wish list and I thought they all made great gift ideas for any women in your life.

(From Left to Right)

Forever21 Coats

From my previous post I shared with you that I really wanted this red coat from Forever 21, so I am now putting it on my Wish list and I also think it would make a great gift.

This coat was on sale a couple of days ago but it seems to be sold out on the website.

But you can find many different styles of coats depending on your budget and the style of your choice.

H&M Bags

I've been wanting a shoulder bag for the last couple of weeks and I found one recently, which I will be sharing with you all soon, but I wanted to share some ideas for a gift.

I think a simple bag like this is perfect to gift a girlfriend, sister, cousin any girl/women in your life.

Now if you know they are not a "small bag" kind of girl then I wouldn't recommend it but this one is so simple and classy it can work with any ones style.

Best thing is they are as low as $9.95 and go to about $17.95.

White Vest

This vest screams WINTER!

I would love to just throw this over a simple outfit and make my outfit look a lot more dressy than what I would normally wear. Easy to wear, stylish and warm.

For me it would be a spin on the leather jacket.

I'm sure this piece can also work with different styles and there are many different types of vests that you can pick out for your girlfriends or sister's styles.

Quilted Vest

Here is another style for a vest.

This not only brings warmth but also a pop of color!

Cute Socks

I don't think you can go wrong with cute socks! We all need socks ;)

There are so many styles, from Christmasy ones to winter ones to long and short.

You can get them in their favorite colors or with their favorite characters on them.

I like these from H&M they look like they would be perfect with boots.

Monogram Mug

How cute are these mugs!

I have been seeing them all over Instagram and on different blogs.

If you gift this to someone it will show you got them something for them not just a random gift because you had to pick it up thinking of them.

I'm sure you can find other Monogrammed mugs or tumblers and that would be a great gift too.

I hope you enjoyed this post and that you got some ideas!
