I normally wouldn't purchase something like this (at full price) because it is not in my budget right now, but because I got such a great deal I just couldn't resist. I wanted to share my first impressions on these products with you.
If you follow me on Instagram you would've seen me share this deal on there.
Makeup_by_Jackie shared on her Instagram that there was this awesome deal on Numeproducts.com for both the Silhouette flat iron and the 35 mm Special edition wand for only $49's!!
Now I have two curling irons so I know I really didn't need one but I've been in need for a new flat iron for awhile now; I use it to straighten and curl my hair, so to me it's a must have.
I knew this deal wouldn't go for a long time so I jumped on it.

I have heard a lot of people rave about NuMe prodcuts so I was so excited to get them.
When I first opened the package I notice how nice everything was packaged.
I could tell the quality was going to be amazing!
The Silhouette flat iron came in this little tube, so cute.
I had the chance to pick the pink or purple, and I love pink and in honor of breast cancer awareness month I though it would be cool to pick the pink one.

It's very light weight.
The pink is not overwhelming.
Long chord.
Simple on and off buttons.
(I hate products that come with all kinds of crazy buttons)
The tube it came in can be used as storage.

It heats up to 410 Degrees Fahrenheit.
(Insane how hot it gets)

I actually got the chance to use this the day after I got it and OMG it does such a great job!
Normally when I straighten my hair I'm never happy with it because my hair always ends up frizzy or the straightener tugs on my hair and I end up loosing hair but with this flat iron I didn't experience any of that. If you read the description (here) of this product it specifically says it minimizes damage and fights frizz. Where has this been all my life?!
I will definitely be straightening my hair a lot more because of this product.

I have yet to use the curling wand, I just got the package on Thursday and I wanted to try the straightener first sense I curl my hair all the time. I try to go as long as possible without washing my hair (#redhairproblems) but as soon as I try it out I will share on here or on my Instagram.

Now I can only answer for the flat iron because it's the one I've used and I'm 100% sure I would pay full price for it!! Now keep in mind this site is always having great deals so avoid paying full price ;).

Matte Nails w/ Glossy Tip

HELLO EVERYONE!!

I'm so excited to be writing a post right now, if you haven't noticed I kind of lost my rhythm of putting up daily posts. It was something about summer that I just couldn't bring my self to coming up with ideas on what to share or to even bother taking pictures of things I was loving or things that I had hauled. But with fall coming up I have been feeling very inspired!

All the fall decor and fall fashion is getting me so excited!

So today I bring you a quick fall nail look.

I swear I'm such an amateur when it comes to nail designs but I had seen something similar to this on Instagram and I decided to try it out and I think it turned out pretty good.

Matte Nails w/ Glossy Tips

Now they're not perfect but from far away you really can't tell.

I love the matte finish but a little bit of gloss can't hurt.

I always find that with matte nails my polish chips a lot quicker so when I saw this look I thought perfect maybe my manicure would last a bit longer this way.

I made a quick video on how to get this look on my Instagram but I wanted to bring you better quality pictures and also close ups on the nails.

Step 1: Apply your base coat or in my case I use a nail strengthener (Let that dry).

Step 2: Apply your first coat.

Step 3: Apply second coat, as evenly as possible.

(Remember this is a matte polish it will dry quickly and you will be able to see any and all small streaks or mistakes).

Step 4: Clean up all smudges as cleanly as possible & let all the coats dry.

Step 5: Grab your top coat and wipe of some of the product back in to the bottle (avoid too much product on your brush; that will cause a big chunk of product on your nail).

Step 6: Just like a french tip apply a thin coat of clear on the tip of your nails

(I applied mine quickly).

Step 7: Let that dry.

And you are all done!

I think it's very simple and with practice I think I will get the lines a lot straighter even though I think it came out pretty good.

Day 1 Henna Tatoo

Hello Everyone!

I have been wanting to get a Henna tattoo for awhile now and I finally got the chance to get one!

I think it's the best accessory for summer and considering summer is almost over I was very excited to get it done.

I got one done a long time ago, I want to say over 5 years ago at Knott's and let's just say it didn't make it through the heat. It was pretty disappointing.

But anyways (lol) one of my friends recently got in to doing the Henna Tattoos, so I knew I had to get one.

She has a fashion blog check her out at Styleandtimesofranguiano, her style is awesome, I use to work as a receptionist and she was one of the managers and she would always look fashionable!

She also has an Instagram, you can see the other tattoos she has done here.

I didn't know exactly what I wanted to get done so I picked a style and she went for it.

It was so cool to see her free hand this design on my hand!

It took about an hour, for her to do the design and waited for it to dry a bit.

This was the final look!

I made sure to take pictures throughout the day so I could see the process and also share it with you all!

Picture 1 This was right after she was done with it at around 1 pm.

Picture 2 This was at around 3 pm, it had already started cracking.

Picture 3 This was around 6 pm, you can see how much of it had already fallen off.

Picture 4 This was after 10 pm, and by that time I was so excited to wait for it to all fall off because I could already see how it was looking.

By the time I went to sleep it was almost done falling off but in the morning when I woke up I still had some that would not budge (lol).

I noticed that m finger area was the first to completely fall off and I'm sure it was because I kept moving and bending my finger and it started flaking off really fast. I also noticed this is the darkest area, which was the last part she did.

The lightest part was the last to flake off and the part where she first stated.

My favorite part is the flower and the finger area :)

Cheetah Print Shoes for $13's!

Hello Everyone!

I found these awesome shoes at Target yesterday so I had to share with you all!

I actually saw them on the TargetStyle Instagram and on a couple of other Instagram accounts, so I got my butt to Target as fast as I could before they ran out of them!

I saw on a couple accounts that they had been discounted from $24.99 to $13's!

I thought that was super cool especially because they remind me of Vans and the print is nice and small.

I've seen other similar shoes but the print is either too dark or too big.

I wanted to share a couple of pictures because the shoes on the Target website have a different print from the ones I found at my local Target.

The picture below is me wearing them minutes after purchasing them, I couldn't help my self :)

I shared on my Instagram that the quality of these shoes isn't the best, which I mean for what I paid I'm not complaining (lol). This is why I never like to pay full price for Target shoes and I wait for them to go on sale.

On the picture above you can see the bottom of the shoes are nothing like your normal Vans, they have a soft material around the edge and this was after wearing them out for one day!

I love that the inside is red!

If you don't know I love red (lol) and I think it gives them a cool touch.

I wanted to share different styles of these shoes that I have come across.

You can see the different prints and there's also some with laces which is pretty cool.

I'm sure you all noticed the ranges of prices as well, I'ts so crazy to me how expensive the Steve Madden ones are! But remember you are paying for the quality of the shoes you are purchasing, I see it as this is a trend for right now so why spend so much money on a pair of shoes that may be out of style in a couple of months or that I will just simply not like as much after wearing them but I can assure you I am already obsessed with them.

July Favorites

Hello Everyone!

It's been so long that I have done a post, I can't even believe it.

Anywayssss.. I wanted to share a couple of my latest favorites because I have been trying some new products.

Garnier Fructis Style Extreme Control Anti-Humidity HairSpray (Drugstores)

This hair spray is amazing!

It does such a great job at holding my curls when I curl my hair, or when I put it up in a bun to hold the baby hairs back.

The best part is that I'm able to comb through my hair after I have sprayed it and still re-style it if I didn't like how it turned out and the next day my curls are still in tact and I can comb though it and re curl it or re style it.

Toni&Guy Casual Sea Salt Texturising Spray (GlossyBox)

This sea salt spray works hand in hand with the hair spray above; it gives my curls a natural wave.

I've been going to the mermaid/beachy waves and this stuff not only smells amazing but it also gives my hair the right texture for pretty waves.

Clean&Clear Astringent (Target)

I haven't been using a lot of make up, if anything all I use is a bb cream or light weight foundation with some concealer. Not using so much make up has allowed my skin to breath so I don't get crazy break outs anymore but I still get small break outs here and there especially when I don't remove the make up I wear at the end of the night. So to fix those little problems I have been using this Clean&Clear astringent, it does such a great job at drying up the pimple. When I see any signs of a pimple I apply this astringent with a Q-tip on the problem area and that does the job.

p.s. that Q-tip you see was clean and it fell in there while I tried dipping the end and well I wasn't able to take it out.

UP&UP Cleansing Towelettes (Target)

I love these wipes!

They do such a good job at removing any make up I have, any oils and dirt on my face (not that I'm dirty) especially with this heat I feel like sweating throughout the day makes my make up smear and my face just feels dirty at the end of the night.

These wipes are gently, have a slight scent and they are very affordable which I can appreciate.

Vichy Aqualia Thermal Rich Cream (Glossybox)

This product I got in my first glossy box and it happen to be the first Glossy Box of the year, so that was pretty cool. (Go see my Glossy Box Unboxing).

I like so many things about this cream, first one being that it feels like a luxurious face cream, I don't think I have ever tried something like this.

It's also very moisturizing, hydrating, and it leaves your skin feeling amazing.

I use it in the morning under my make up and some days I use it just by itself.

I also apply it at night, after I wipe my make up off and in the morning my skin feels refreshed and very soft.

E.L.F. Makeup Mist & Set (Eyeslipsface.com)

In the summer I always go back to this product, I'm actually almost out of it so I need to pick up a new one.

I personally use this mist to refresh my face in the morning after applying my make up and in the middle of a hot summer day.

It cools down my face without me having to remove my make up and reapply it when I feel like my make up is dripping down my face. (You know that feeling).

Glamorous Blush Palatte (bhcosmetics.com)

I'm not crazy about make up during the summer like I said earlier but I do like to give my face some color.

So for days that I want something simple, I use the bronze color, at the bottom, just to give me a bronze look (lol).

On any other days I use the pink color to give me pinky cheeks for a youth look and on nights out I use a combo of all three.

I love this Glamour blush palette, I've had this palette since beauty con (Check out that haul here).

As you can see I have put some use to it.

Hawaiian Tropic Sheer Touch Lotion Sunscreen (Ride Aid)

This is hands down my favorite sunscreen ever!

I love that it does the job, it smells great and it leaves your skin with pretty little flakes.

I first picked it up because one I needed a sunscreen for the summer and two the packaging was pretty but I ended up falling in love with it.

I use pretty much every day and I feel like I'm at the beach when I do wear it.

I'm obsessed with it . I got it on Etsy, check out the seller here.

The case is so inexpensive and yet it's great quality, it looks amazing, and it also does the job.

I can't tell you how many times I have dropped my phone sense I put this case on and my phone has yet to get a scratch on it. I love how girly and different it is.

I miss doing posts so much!! I just haven't had much to share I haven't purchased many new items and that's why you see me trying new things I already have in my collection. I hope you enjoyed this post!

I started a new Instagram dedicated to my Disney pictures!

I felt like my Instagram wasn't the right place to share my new obsession with Disney, for awhile I would only post Disney pictures and I wasn't happy with mixing my nails of the day and my Disney pictures, so I decided to separate them because I have SO many pictures to share. I still share pictures of Disney on my original Instaram but just not an overwhelming amount of pictures. (Hope that make sense).
