Hello Everyone!!

My boyfriend totally surprised me for Christmas this year!

He told me we were going to get a last minute gift for his mom at COACH and I was like okay we don't have a lot of time so lets go!

We get to the COACH store and me being me (lol) I asked the girl for what we were looking for, for his mom, which was a small wallet, then he starts laughing, I'm confused.

He tells me we are getting your gift!

 I'm in shock because I love COACH but then he gave me options. 

He tells me its either you get a new bag or we head to Tiffany's!?

...and I mean what girl would say no to that.

So I said forget COACH let's go to Tiffany's!!!

I have been wanting a key necklace from Tiffany's for a long time!
Now I never looked them up I just imagined it (lol). 

So when I got there and saw them in person they weren't all that, they looked too small. 

Then I found this very pretty one that had the heart and a small key!

I died. 

I decided on that one.

The chain itself is pretty short, which is something I didn't pay attention to when I got it, but I'm getting use to it. 

Then he tells me okay pick a bracelet!! I was like whaaat!!?

I was loving it. But I thought to myself okay I would't really wear a bracelet and I wanted something that I could use daily as my statement pieces. 

So I went with the earnings!!

I love how they package everything!

It's so pretty.

This is something I have also always wanted. 

The whole experience of picking out my own "First Tiffany's" gifts was amazing!

I have been wearing them everyday, I can't part with them.

Hello Everyone!

My mom and I did some shopping this week and one of the places we stopped by at was      

"DD's Discount" it's not new but it's new to us. 

My mom and I had both heard that you can find really good deals there. 

She found a couple of things for the house and I found this awesome 20 Pair Shoe Organizer!

(Excuse the dirty shoes!)

This was my mess of shoes before!

It also includes my sisters shoes, we just had no where to keep them and would try all kinds of different ways to organize them. For awhile throwing them in this crate worked but it got a bit messy, as you can see. 

I didn't even try to make it look nice for you guys. 

This is how it looked. 

I have to say this rack was so easy to build!

 It took two simple steps and that was it.

The box says "no tools" needed which I didn't believe but it was true. 

I'm so happy with it! 

I was able to fit the shoes that I use on a regular day basis, my sisters shoes, all my boots, and some of my favorites. Now let's just hope they stay looking this neat (lol).

p.s. This would also be a great gift for those shoe lovers in your life!

H&M Bags

I've been wanting a shoulder bag for the last couple of weeks and I found one recently, which I will be sharing with you all soon, but I wanted to share some ideas for a gift. 

I think a simple bag like this is perfect to gift a girlfriend, sister, cousin any girl/women in your life. 

Now if you know they are not a "small bag" kind of girl then I wouldn't recommend it but this one is so simple and classy it can work with any ones style.

White Vest

This vest screams WINTER!

I would love to just throw this over a simple outfit and make my outfit look a lot more dressy than what I would normally wear. Easy to wear, stylish and warm. 

 For me it would be a spin on the leather jacket.

I'm sure this piece can also work with different styles and there are many different types of vests that you can pick out for your girlfriends or sister's styles.

I don't think you can go wrong with cute socks! We all need socks ;)

There are so many styles, from Christmasy ones to winter ones to long and short. 

You can get them in their favorite colors or with their favorite characters on them. 

I like these from H&M they look like they would be perfect with boots.

How cute are these mugs!

I have been seeing them all over Instagram and on different blogs. 

If you gift this to someone it will show you got them something for them not just a random gift because you had to pick it up thinking of them. 

I'm sure you can find other Monogrammed mugs or tumblers and that would be a great gift too.

Hello Everyone!

Yesterday I did some Christmas shopping with my grandma, she normally takes me with her to shop for my siblings and at the same time I get to pick my gift.

She wraps it and I open it on Christmas as if I didn't know what it was (lol). 

This year we walked in to Forever 21 and right away I saw a coat I really wanted!

The best part is that it's on SALE, it's on Forever 21's "Deal of the Week" so I thought I would share it with you guys. I think it's a great gift and I mean it's a must for the cold weather.

I wanted to share this awesome phone case that I got recently!
It is my favorite right now.
I saw someone with it on Instagram and I jumped online and looked for it everywhere!
I found it on etsy, all I did is search Ariel iPhone case.
This is for the iPhone but they have them for all iPhone's. 

The quality on this one is so awesome!
Ariel is holding the apple just perfectly.

I love how bright the colors show up.

I looked for the same seller on Etsy but I couldn't find the exact same case.
You can also find them on amazon and ebay.
I have seen similar cases for Elsa from Frozen, where she is holding the apple and a Snow White case where she is kissing the apple.
This is one of the reasons I love my iPhone, because I can find so many cute cases for it!!

Hello Everyone!

In my previous post I said I would be sharing any mix and match mani ideas that I came up with.
Of course I couldn't help myself and already did my nails.
To my surprise when I swatched the nail polishes the Wet n Wild (red chunky glittery) one had a base color which was black! When I tried layering it on top of a different color or on top of a plain nail, it was this clear black and the glitter, I just didn't like it.
So I got the idea to layer it on top of black nail polish; Which I loved!
It's still in the holiday but doesn't scream Christmas.

Hello December!

I can't believe the year is almost over.

Everywhere I go I'm seeing Christmas decorations and all of that and of course my visits to Disneyland have really gotten me in the mood for the holidays. 

With that being said I can't get in to the Christmas spirit without having holiday nails!

I was planning on doing a nail polish run, I still have more polishes I would like to pick up, but today I woke up and walked outside and for some reason even though I knew it what was going to rain, I wasn't prepared. 

So my excuse to go to the drugstore was that I needed an umbrella :)

Going in to Walgreens I made sure to pick up the umbrella first because I didn't want to get to excited and walk out without it (lol). 

They had a lot of sales going on so I picked up the ones I had my eye on.

I was mainly looking for glitters, because I have a lot of plain and "christmasy" colors.

I have been obsessed with glitter nail polishes!!

This past year I have been obsessed with red and I mean for the Christmas season isn't it all about red!? I was so happy to see this glitter!

I have enough red polishes so I know I didn't need another one BUT I do want to add something to the traditional red nails. 

So I know I said I didn't need more red polishes, but this one has a little sparkle to it!

It's like Christmas in a bottle, I couldn't pass it up. 

I'm already thinking of how I will be doing my nails and I'm thinking of mixing this glitter with the one above from Wet n Wild,with some of my red polishes and maybe a matte red nail too. 

Mmmmh decisions, decisions. 

When I saw this glitter polish the first thing I thought about was FROZEN!

My goddaughter is in love with Frozen so I'm all for it.

My mom decided that this year instead of doing the traditional red decor for the Christmas tree we would do a blue wintery theme. Which I'm very excited about. 

So this polish reminded me of all of that in a little bottle. 

I've seen a couple of Instagramers use this polish and I fell in love with it!

It actually reminds me of Oreo cookies (lol).

I can't wait to do a black & white mix and match mani. 

I think I got some great deals on these polishes, Oh I also forgot to mention that the lady at the cashier was nice enough to give me some coupons so I saved an extra $2's on the Sally Hansen polishes. Lesson of the day, don't forget your coupons. 

I will do my best at sharing the mix and match looks that I come up with!

What polishes get you in the Holiday spirit!?

Today I woke up and I had an idea to get in the Halloween spirit by using my nails!

I have been seeing a lot of nail tutorials on Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest; so I decided to use all those ideas and this is what I came up with!

I apologize in advance for the quality of the pictures. I used my iphone 5C, because using my Canon7D would be a nightmare (lol) it's way to heavy. 

Now I wasn't sure how this would turn out and if I would even like it but because they ended up so cool I had to share.

MissJenFabulous she did some really cool nail arts for Halloween! 

I just took her idea for the bloody nails and her tips are what helped me do mine. 

Pinterest had some very good pictures and ideas as well.

First Step: Pick your polishes. 

I decided to go with two accent colors so I picked out the black & white polishes I had.

Products I used:

Sally Hansen big matte top coat (41055)

Sally Hansen Advanced Hard as Nails Strengthener

Milani Nail Laquer White (30A)

ZOYA Rekha

Sinful Colors Black on Black (103)

Old clinique brush as a dotting tool (Use whatever has a round tip)

Have a little cardboard, something you can dab polish on to.

Acetone (I use the Sally's Beauty Supply "Beauty Secrets" Acetone)

Second Step: Decide what fingers will have what colors. 

I wanted a couple of nails to be plain with just the blood dripping down, I wanted a black matte and a white nail with blood. Paint your nails accordingly.

I did two coats. I also concentrated on the beds of my nails being as neatly as possible, the tips are not to important because that's where you will be dripping the blood from. 

Third Step: Just as if you were doing a french tip, you paint on the tips of your nail and then smear it down a little. (Remember it doesn't have to be perfect)

Forth Step: Take whatever you are using as your doting tool and dip it into the polish. 

Two ways you can do it; you can dab the polish on a cardboard or some type of straight surface that you don't mind getting polish on, and dip the dotting tool on to that to get the polish. 

I tried this way but the polish dried to quickly and it was honestly very messy.

 What I did is dip the dotting tool straight into the nail polish bottle. This worked out perfect.  

Fifth Step: Take the dotting tool with the polish on the end and dab the dots and drag it enough to where the polish becomes one (hope that makes sense). It's okay if you mess up or drag the polish because it looks even cooler and more realistic. 

This is the final look! For my thumb I didn't want to add any blood I just left it a plain black matte nail. 

Oh I almost forgot for my black matte nail, after adding the blood I went back in with the matte top coat and added some to the tips! It gave it this cool effect and I loved it!

I'm sure you were wondering how my right handed turned out!

I think it turned out pretty good, again remember this look doesn't have to be perfect so just have fun with it! 

This was a lot of fun to do! I hoped my little tips help you on creating these very east bloody nails!
